In world, people talk about two strategies ‘The winning’ and ‘the losing’, but people fail to understand that the latter is opposite of the other. Thomas Alva Edison has famously quoted on the above said theory as “We now know a thousand ways not to build a light bulb”. This shows how he made attempts to change his ‘losing strategy’ a ‘winning’ one.

Now, the other attitude of losing is the famous word ‘fate’. People when they win they contribute their winning or success to themselves. But, if they lose they vow it to ‘fate’. This has become the path of escapism to the youth and they do not even try if their peers or their relatives support their escapism.

There is a need to stress the youth, and their peers about learning to listening to the instinct or ‘inner voice or call’. If the voice inside you says go for the decision or get back, listen to it. It is the best adviser in the attitude of losing. You try to depend on yourself and become motivated and will try to work hard. I often call it as the ‘voice of god’, The importance of it will be better known when one tries it and makes a unbiased decision from it.

Thus, the first job of the youth is to start listening to their ‘voice of god’ and developing a good relationship with him, so that one starts to win and not lose and let things go from hand.

If you ask me, i will tell you and bet with you that the book is the best one of Chetan. The last minute of this draft only i had completed the 296 page book i could not resist to tell the feeling of how i loved the book.

From the starting, the author has started to tell both the positive and negative sides of all the characters .. The quality of the writing and the beautiful expressions by the author makes us to follow the characters as if it is a movie.

The characters of Gopal, is one kind of characters you try to associate with sometimes and also think that you must not live like him. That is the portrayal of that the author tries to bring out.. That’s the awesome part of the story.. When he tries to portray himself as a bad person and try to convince Aarthi, by going to call girls you can see some dramatic things in the book but it tries to tell everything that it has started to tell

The character of Shuklaji is the yet another peculiar politician you find in today’s environment..

Tea Kadai may be defined as a “Place where unemployed tand vetti people gather with old newspaper and sip a glass of tea or eat varki or cookies talking about happening in the world or about problem in the village”.

These kadais or shop play a important role in villages where it is considered as place for gathering especially for the periya manshans.sThe typical tea kadai is often  shown in various places as per the definition and also as a place for teasing heroin.

The tea kadai has some requirements mainly, it must have 3 or 4 benches, a boiler, the boiler especially made of metal is very important and without that  it is not considered as a typical tea shop. Newspapers especially tamil newspapers mostly would be very old (some may be even announcing Gandiji’s death) or new may be announcing shooting of Rajiv  Gandi  or in rare cases there maybe  up to date newspapers.

People coming to tea shop or the kadai are also interesting. These people must wear White shirt,white veshti and white thundu. The thundu or towel is considered veryy important. Without this the person is not considered as Periya Manushan. They are the first category people and come to talk about happeningss and showing off tat they can read (some may be seeing only pictures) but will be acting as if they are double master degree holders.  The second category is other citizens of the villages like vathiyar,palayathukarar etc who are not regular customers but are forced by the white and whites if they pass by the shop these white and whites will ask “Enna vathiyare intha pakkam” . Now the vathiyar is forced to come to the shop.

I forgot to tell other thing, the white and whites may not have money and call people like our vathiyar and tell “tea sollen” the vathiyar is also forced to be the customer of the shop.

The owner: The owner of the shop, may be Nair or any other guy who prepares tea mostly and also acts as cashier of the shop. We cant expect profit from the shop but we can expect more loan and the owner is forced to sell his tea for loan. Mostly he wont recieve money.

Tea Kadai, on the whole can be considered as place where a problems start and end. Thanks to Periya manushans for the functioning of these shop. Without these shops, on the whole a village cant survive!

After coming to know about our Beatles, i listened to With A little help. The song which talks about their journey in the

Yellow Submarine with their friends the lyrics and the tune add to the plus point to the song. It reminds us of some tunes like Thanni Tharuthiruchi like type of tune and mood.

Hey Jude, one of the best songs of English songs ind(Sorry I donno what the name they give for english songs).  The humming ,lyrics,music etc etc add to the song.

Ilaiyaraja, has helped me to enjoy those songs as his tuns are also like Beatles as his songs are also evergreen and everlasting.

Thanks to Beatles and Ilaiyaraja for composing songs and helping to reduce stress in the time of reccession and economic drop
